It is no exaggeration to say that Karen was one of the loveliest people I had the pleasure to work with in all the 43 years in the Civil Service. In the fifteen years I worked with her, I will always remember the many laughs we had. You were one funny, smart and beautiful lady who will never be forgotten by so many.
